DONT BUY , THIS APP DOESNT WORK

What a timesaver! I also found that you can use any of your image sites and call up single object on white background then erase the background in seconds. You can touch up but a lot of the objects are cleaned in moments and then you save the photo without background, and there you go. I make my own bookcovers for hundreds of epublished books.

They make it seem as if this app removes the background for the picture it does not. The paint application from windows has better functionality save your money.

I just wasted 1.99 on this app thinking that it would take the background out of an image. This is basically an eraser tool that you can find in photoshop or any other photo editing program. if you are an old lady or small child, this app would be helpful,but if you are a photographer, you just spent money for nothing. I could have spent that 2 bucks on a cup of coffee..the coffee would have been more helpful

Please dont waste your time buying this even though it was $1.99 its not even worth being free! I wasted 2hrs of my life with this dumb app!

This app seems simple enough at the onset. But the controls are very confusing and there’s no documentation included in the app or on the website. Step 3 (as listed in the app description above and also on the website says “do your magic” but I dont know what this step is to remove the background. Also, there’s no magic lasso type tool to auto select all areas of a similar color to keep or remove.

The simplicity of the last version is what made it effective. Now your basically taking a specific “eraser” function from Photoshop and inserting it into this app. I understand that you wanted to improve what you previously had but now you lost the “quick” part of it. I liked the last version. Yes sometimes it removed too much but you could easily restore bits and pieces as needed. I’ve spent 30 min on one photo now and it still has another 30 min of work where your last version I could quickly remove the background and then clean it up in about 5 min. TOO MUCH of a good thing can be bad!

Im a more-or-less techy guy, and this app is BAFFLING. Their websites instructions are basically "use the tools and let the app do its magic!" If it does work, a tutorial sure would help. Right now its just wasted my time, money and hard drive space.

When I saw this app and read about it, I assumed there would be an option to automatically remove the backbround, but the actuality is you have to manually erase the background with a brush. Also, there are features that need a plugin and don’t work. I’m disappointed with this app, but that’s what you can expect for a $0.99 mac store app. I would be glad to change my rating if the developer added this automatic function that removes background image. Hint Hint developer. You’ll get better reviews and revenue for the future if you do.
